AeonLabs has now available a solution for monitoring concrete hardening and maturing at the construction site using a small portable IoT sensor device able to connect to any logistics or system for real-time data collection and assessment of the quality of concrete during hardening.
With this IoT device is possible to automate and monitor concrete cast remotely. Assess the concrete hardening state in a graphical manner as follows:
This IoT sensor device is able to connect directly to a smartphone or tablet, alternatively, it can connect to an existing network already available at the construction site.
Specifications of the IoT sensor device for concrete monitoring

the IoT sensor device can be placed on top of the fresh concrete surface and in as many places as needed/ required by the engineering staff.
It has a test probe with variable length (according to design specs), that needs to be inserted into the concrete for temperature measurements. No additional steps are required.
